Beacon Properties was established in 2003 to manage a handful of homes in the Athens area. Since then, Beacon has grown to supervise over 80 properties. The principal owner of the Beacon Properties portfolio is a University of Georgia graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate who still lives in Athens, so we have a personal interest in the quality and maintenance of each of the homes.

Beacon Properties has a home for everyone. From 1 bedroom duplexes near downtown, to 3 bedroom luxury townhomes in 5 Points, to 5 bedroom houses within walking distance to campus. We have historic homes renovated for today's living and also brand new homes with all the amenities. Beacon offers many homes that are fenced-in and allow pets with a pet fee. We will work with you to find the perfect place to live!

Office Location and 24-Hour Rent Drop Box

From UGA Campus:

Travel down Broad Street from North Campus, and turn right onto Pulaski Street. Continue on Pulaski across Prince Avenue / Daughtry Street intersection. Our office is located approximately a quarter-mile on the left inside the Leathers Building at 675 Pulaski Street. Our rent dropbox is 20 feet from the entrance to our office.
